How to Get Involved with Adam's Angels
Serving • With • Angels • Touch
The purpose of the SWAT Team is to quickly and efficiently bring relief to even more families than we currently serve. The more participants in the program, the better we can respond to critical cases as they arise.
Here's how you can help when you volunteer to be added to the SWAT Team:
- When we have a specific and urgent need, we will email everyone in the SWAT Team to let you know.
- The family's challenges will be clearly defined, so you can determine if you have the time or resources to help. If so, you can easily respond.
- If you need more information or coaching to fulfill your offer of help, it will quickly be arranged.
As a member of the SWAT Team you'll soon see the rewarding results of your efforts. Most people working through Adam's Angels Ministry are deeply inspired by these cancer families, and by the work of God in their lives.
Church Outreach
AAM is asking for the opportunity to come and share the mission of Adam's Angels Ministry and how childhood cancer affects an entire family. Your church can always be involved in making a difference through prayer. We will also share specific ways your church members can volunteer time, choose our ministry as a VBS mission project, or donate financially to make a difference in the lives of kids with cancer, many of whom live right in your own community.
If a Sunday isn't available, we could arrange another day of the week. If meeting with a Sunday School class or committee instead of the congregation is better, we would love that as well. Any opportunity to present information about Adam's Angels is a true blessing!
